2. Build Relationship before sharing the business opportunity.
3. Expose the business but keep it simple: Ice breaker (If I could show you how to get paid to travel would you be interested?)
A. Peak interest: Give materials journals, magazines, cds (can be ordered from your user friendly back office)
Be polite but be in a hurry you do not have time to answer a million questions that what the material is for.
B. Show the plan (We are not recruiters we are sponsors) Tell about the benefits we offer.
C. 3–way calls with a team leader or conference calls (numbers and schedule available in your back office)
4. The Wealth is in the Follow up, Follow up, Follow-up (Call them back).
Use the power of 3 rule. Exposures ( Tell them about the business, give them information, direct them to a call) If they are not ready move on!
5. Sign them up, Ask for Referrals or put them on the
Short-term Follow-up List.
*6.Once Recruited do a Game Plan Interview (Why letter, goals with dates, list of of warm market) and Fast
Start Training (Weekly meeting over the phone or in person).
7. Field Train/ help get to Power Team
8. Leadership Train/ help get to Coach’s Corner
(Allow them to do more on their own)
9. Build and Teach Leaders to Lead
(Personal Development)
10. TRAIN EVERYONE TO DUPLICATE.
